Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of BizBuddy AI: the website, the web app at app.bizbuddyai.com and the Chrome extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you agree on its behalf.

Accounts and teams

Each account belongs to a team. The person who signs up is the team's owner: they invite teammates, manage billing and can remove members. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

Free trial and billing

• The Service costs $29 per seat a month, plus any taxes. A seat is each active member of your team.
• New teams get a 14 day free trial. A card is required to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your card is charged.
• Subscriptions renew every month until cancelled. Adding a member adds a seat; the difference for the rest of the month is charged on your next invoice.
• You can cancel anytime from Billing. Your team keeps access until the end of the period already paid. Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If a payment fails, access is paused until the card is updated.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period.

Your data

The people, companies, lists and notes you save belong to you. Your team's data is visible only to your team. We use it only to run the Service for you, and we do not sell it or share it with other customers. You can export it at any time while your subscription is active.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you collect and use contact information with the Service. In particular, you agree to:

• follow the terms of the websites you browse with the extension, including LinkedIn and Apollo;
• follow the laws that apply to your outreach, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and similar rules, including honoring opt outs;
• not use the Service to send spam, to harass anyone, or to collect data about people for purposes unrelated to legitimate business contact;
• not resell the Service, share accounts between people, or try to access other teams' data or interfere with the Service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running and fast, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something central to the Service, we will tell you in advance.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or do not pay. After an account ends we may delete its data; export what you need before cancelling.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service, including any email addresses and profile details it finds or verifies, is provided "as is". Email verification reduces bounces but cannot guarantee delivery. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email the team owner at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
